I’m replaying my days in Instagram Stories since early May. Everything is green and crafty. There have been monkeys and raccoons. Even more beautiful skies, trees, flowers, and waterfalls. Tod is the curator of our meals and excursions; he is always on the lookout for interesting places. My life is full and I overflow with gratitude.
Buying a lawnmower felt like a landmark decision. I haven’t managed to get it started on my own, but once I figure that out, I can keep the property trimmed up without hurting my back. Yay!
Funny story about the Gonbei cafe sign: apparently customers see the drawing of chikko cheese at the top of the sign, think it’s a menu item and come into the cafe asking for it! So now the cafe chefs are backfilling the menu to add something that looks like that drawing.
