That means it’s been thirty five years since Tod & I stood in front of a judge in Pittsburgh and said our vows. Now we are celebrating our jade anniversary.
I could write a bunch about the longevity of this partnership, looking back on the years or casting forward to whatever’s next. But no. I’d rather enjoy the present moment.
We are on the ヒスイ海岸 (Jade Coast) in Niigata to comb rocky beaches for Japan’s natural jade pebbles. Will we find some? Maybe.
