The 14 red stamps are things implemented and in progress. The 3 light red stamps indicate places where the card’s wording was a little off. For example, it turned out not to be “Abolish” the FTC specifically, but we’ve seen a limit in consumer protections generally; not “Exit the UN” completely, just certain UN agencies. The 5 grey stamps are likely to come a little later that 100 days.
The real game isn’t over yet – and if you want to keep track, the Project 2025 Executive Action Tracker is still keeping tabs (literally) in a publicly accessible spreadsheet. There’s also one for DOGE, whose activities greatly impacted the bingo game.
