- Catalog nature with drawing, photographs, and stories
- Plant trees: maple, onigurumi, willow, lemon, apricot…
- Plant shrubs in Tire Town: daphne, tea camellias…
- Grow food: tea, turmeric, garlic, peppers, herbs…
- Renovate the barn into a colorful, casual place full of art and wonder
- Host houseguests from the city
- Host artists & technologists for working retreats
- Turn the tractorport into an workshop/art studio
- Gather plants to make baskets and other fiber work
- Stain the entire house with kakishibu
- Remove the fishing shed and shipping containers
- Build a tall deck for viewing the sunset
- Put in a carport/garage for Tod (under the deck)
- Create a sculpture to shade the fishpond and give it a new cover
- Add kinetic & sound sculptures to the space
- Plant the front garden with perennials, flowers, and trees
- Build stairs down to the blueberry road
- Get rid of the vines clogging the trees
- Weed a little bit every day
- Have lunches in the shade of the trees
- Enjoy cocktails on the stone stairs
- Relax in the hammock
- Create a beautiful surrounding for the little shrine
- Gather friends for cooking & eating

- Find ways to invite the neighbors and community to the space
- Sleep soundly in a calm, comfortable room
- Use the loft as a yoga studio for my ongoing morning yoga classes
