4:20 am – Tod comes to bed.
4:35 am – I rise for a glass of water…
4:50 am – 7.8 magnitude earthquake in Hokkaido. It rocks our house gently for about 45 seconds
5:10 am – First train rumbles past.
5:51 – 5:59 am – Rainbow over the Toppan building. I can see both ends. (Click for larger images.)
